Responsibilities
- Memastikan semua project rental kendaraan terlaksana dengan baik
- Memastikan semua proses operational berjalan dengan baik
- Mengembangkan kinerja dan produkivitas tim
- Menjalin relasi, komunikasi, dan hubungan baik dengan customer
- Membuat perencanaan, mengatur, dan melakukan control operational kerja di lapangan
- Meningkatkan efektivitas operasional kendaraan
- Membuat budgeting terkait seluruh biaya operational rental
- Mengembangkan bisnis rental baik group maupun non group
